The Hyatt Place NYC Chelsea offers stunning views over the skyline of Manhattan, creating a breathtaking backdrop to my stay. One memorable experience was enjoying a drink on the terrace with its retractable roof, taking in the impressive city view. The thoughtful and attentive service from the staff added an extra layer of comfort to my time at the hotel.

Rooms are small, which seems to be a deliberate choice to accommodate the hotel's prime location.

The location was marvellous and particularly good: supermarkets and a convenience shop were within walking distance. The staff were eager to help and took care of requests. The restaurant was great which included free breakfast, I tried warm dishes.

In overall, the place is chic, has brilliantly friendly and fairly friendly staff from 1 member of staff. The rooms are a decent size and functional for 2 double beds, so that guests have essentials. The location of the venue is favourable and ideal, near to vessel, including the one for JFK and many subway stations. Manhattan district deserves to be explored.

Its continental breakfast is a must, with plenty of great meals. The location is marvellous and stunning, as the hotel is based to the financial district. Every time we stay in New York, like to stay here.

The cleanliness was a breath of fresh air, given the decline I've noticed elsewhere. The standard breakfast was surprisingly good, with a variety of options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The super comfy bed, quiet room, and excellent location near subway stations and attractions made for a truly memorable stay. The jaw-dropping view from our room was a delightful surprise, and the proximity to Penn station and Times Square was simply incredible! a fantastic stay with friendly staff and amazing views.

The location was very central, really close to lower Manhattan, the Empire State Building or Times Square, and the main attractions and sites in NY on foot. The hotel exceeded high expectations, I will choose it for sure next trip.

The room with skyline views was spacious and had a kettle, a sofa, and floor to ceiling windows. The staff was courteous and fast, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. Its location in New York was marvellous and good, short walk to all key attractions and the center of NYC.

Everything was very comfortable, so were impressive views over the skyline of Manhattan. The location was marvellous and amazing in the relatively quiet area. I dined near the hotel at Malibu Diner. It was situated near an underground station, just excellent for me.

we had a fantastic experience at Hyatt Place. The check-in and check-out process was swift and efficient, and the staff were very friendly. The rooms, while on the smaller side, were clean and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with important tourist attractions nearby. The bar was nice and we enjoyed the amazing view from our room. it was a good value for money and we would definitely come back anytime.

The place was clean and functional, had patient and helpful staff from 1 member of staff. It was recently refurbished, functional and with the skyline view. Super central location was a plus. There were a market and chemist's around the hotel.

I could see the skyline from the triple room. Loved the configuration of the large bathroom and there were a kettle, a sofa set, and floor to ceiling windows.

Newly remodelled and reasonably priced units with a skyline view, bathtub, as for instance.

The location is in an amazing spot to all key attractions. A restaurant is about 300 metres from here.

The hotel's location made it easy for me to catch my flight without having to endure a long commute, which was a relief during a busy travel schedule.

The hotel's small rooms and limited number of elevators on 45 floors caused lengthy waits, which was a minor inconvenience.
